Our ribs, barbecue and wings are hickory-smoked slowly the old fashioned southern way and immediately quick-frozen. Reheating our Ribs
Fully thaw ribs in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
Important: Be sure not to overheat ribs. This will cause them to dry and will toughen the meat.

Conventional Oven:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove thawed ribs from packaging.
  • Rewrap ribs in two layers of aluminum foil.
  • Place wrapped ribs directly on the oven rack and bake in the oven for 30 minutes (40 minutes for “Dry Style”).
  • Take ribs out of the oven and carefully open aluminum foil.

CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT.

  • For “Wet Style” ribs, slather ribs with your favorite Sticky Fingers sauce to taste.
  • Place ribs back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. (Don’t rewrap in aluminum foil, leave foil open.)
  • Take out of the oven and ENJOY.
  • For “Dry Style” ribs, leave ribs in for a total of 40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle generously with Sticky Fingers Dry Rub before you serve them.

For additional flavor and taste:

  • After taking ribs out of the oven, place ribs on an open grill flame for two minutes per side. This gives the ribs a crisp, barbecue flavor.
