| Sticky Fingers has quickly
made a name for itself by having the best authentic ribs, barbecue and wings in
the South. Our ribs, barbecue and wings are hickory-smoked slowly the old fashioned
southern way and immediately quick-frozen. They are then shipped to your door,
complete with our famous sauces and easy reheating instructions.

Reheating
our Ribs
Fully thaw
ribs in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
Important: Be sure not to overheat ribs. This will cause them to dry and will
toughen the meat. |
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove thawed ribs from packaging.
- Rewrap ribs in two layers of aluminum foil.
- Place wrapped ribs directly on the oven rack and bake in the oven for 30
minutes (40 minutes for “Dry Style”).
- Take ribs out of the oven and carefully open aluminum foil.
CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT.
- For “Wet Style” ribs, slather ribs with your
favorite Sticky Fingers sauce to taste.
- Place ribs back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. (Don’t
rewrap in aluminum foil, leave foil open.)
- Take out of the oven and ENJOY.
- For “Dry Style” ribs, leave ribs in for a total
of 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle generously with Sticky Fingers Dry Rub before you serve them.
For additional flavor and taste:
- After taking ribs out of the oven, place ribs on an open grill flame for
two minutes per side. This gives the ribs a crisp, barbecue flavor.

- Pre-heat grill to medium hot.
- Remove thawed ribs from packaging.
- Place ribs on grill and baste with your favorite Sticky Fingers sauce.
- Heat ribs for 15-20 minutes basting every 5 minutes.
- Turn ribs over each time you baste them, or more often to keep from scorching.
- For “Wet Style” ribs, slather ribs with your
favorite Sticky Fingers sauce to taste two minutes before you take them off the
grill.
- For “Dry Style” ribs, sprinkle generously with
Sticky Fingers Dry Rub before you serve them.

our Pulled Pork
Fully thaw
pulled pork in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
Important: Be sure not to overheat pork.
This will cause it to dry and will toughen the meat.

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove pork from container and wrap in 2 sheets of aluminum foil.
- Loosen the pork with a fork before tightly closing the foil.
- Place foil-wrapped pork directly on oven rack and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Take foil-wrapped pork out of the oven and carefully open aluminum foil.
CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT.
- Generously add your favorite Sticky Fingers Barbecue Sauce to taste. Serve
hot on a plate or as a sandwich.

- Pre-heat grill to medium hot.
- Remove pork from container and wrap in 2 sheets of aluminum foil.
- Loosen the pork with a fork before tightly closing the foil.
- Place foil-wrapped pork on the grill away from direct flame.
- Turn the foil package over every 10 minutes for 30-40 minutes or until the
pork is hot throughout.
- Take the pulled pork off the grill and carefully open aluminum foil.
CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT.
- Generously add your favorite Sticky Fingers Barbecue Sauce to taste. Serve
on a plate or as a sandwich.

- Macaroni and cheese should be creamy and heated through when done

- Cover lightly and heat on HIGH for 2 ½ to 3 minutes, stirring halfway.
